This workshop is an initiative of the Housing, Urban Wellbeing and Entrepreneur Development Committee (STANDCO) through the Selangor Property Housing Authority (LPHS) which involves members of the Joint Management Body (JMB) and Management Corporation (MC) committees throughout the Local Authority administration. (PBT) of the state of Selangor.
The course held focuses on the administrative system in the management of JMB,
MC and Management Agent towards better and viable. This course also provides exposure and knowledge more clearly through the sharing of experiences between participants and the Local Authority.
This course also provides an opportunity for management bodies to share ideas and views among themselves to become more efficient and professional. Throughout the course @ this seminar, speakers from various agencies were invited to give briefings related to financial management and apartment maintenance under Act 757.
